Our Mission

Athletic programs offer an opportunity for the physical, mental and Christian development of our parish’s young men and women. Recognizing this, the Saint Mary Gate of Heaven Athletic Association, an organization of caring and mentoring men and women, is dedicated to the mission of providing competitive, recreational and instructional sports programs for the boys and girls from Saint Mary Gate of Heaven Parish and the surrounding community. It is also our mission to encourage the students’ academic achievement and social development by teaching the advantages of teamwork, discipline, and hard work. Finally, it is our mission to develop Christian values and good sportsmanship within our athletes that will be a positive representation of our parish community within the community at large.
